Pets are not permitted on the property due to the high volume of guests. Certified service animals are always welcome.

Wheelchairs, strollers, carts, and wagons are welcome; however, please note that some areas have uneven ground and are unpaved. Handicapped parking is available.

As a working farm, you might come across dust, pollen, insects, animals, grass, and weeds—so be sure to come prepared! We have first aid kits located around the farm, including allergy medication that you or your child can use if needed. We also keep honeybees on the property. While the hives are set away from main areas, we can’t control nature, so if you’re allergic to bee stings, please take the necessary precautions.

Yes, we have Food Truck vendors at every event. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages (@PossumHollerEvents) for updates! Soda, water and snacks will be available for purchase in the red barn.

Yes, there are clean restrooms available.

At Possum Holler, the safety and enjoyment of our guests, vendors, and staff are our top priorities! Because we are an outdoor agritourism destination located on a working family farm, our operations are dependent on weather and ground conditions.

Weather-Related Closures

Possum Holler reserves the right to delay opening, close early, or cancel operations due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions, including:

• Heavy or persistent rainfall
• Thunderstorms, lightning, or severe weather warnings
• High winds or other hazardous weather
• Excessively muddy or saturated ground conditions
• Unsafe hayride trails, parking areas, or activity spaces

Rain & Muddy Conditions

Even when rain has stopped, our grounds and hayride trails may remain too wet or muddy to operate safely. For this reason, closures may be necessary despite improving weather or sunny skies.

Weather Updates & Announcements

We closely monitor weather forecasts and conditions at the farm. Any changes to our operating schedule will be announced as soon as possible on our official Facebook and Instagram pages (@PossumHollerEvents).

We encourage guests to check our social media pages before traveling to Possum Holler, especially when rain or severe weather is in the forecast.

During Your Visit

If inclement weather develops during operating hours, certain attractions, including our hayride, slides, and inflatables, may be temporarily suspended or closed for safety reasons.

If severe weather threatens, guests may be asked to leave the activity areas or property for their safety.

Admission & Refunds

Because admission is purchased on-site, guests are encouraged to check weather updates before arriving.

Any refunds or return-visit accommodations following an unexpected early closure will be determined by Possum Holler management based on the circumstances.
